Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! Please note: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International orders
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing & up to an additional 7 business days for domestic orders or 14 business days for International Orders to arrive after shipping. If your order has not arrived within the previously mentioned time period, please contact us at info@dapluxe.shop.
Can I exchange/return my item(s)?
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our works, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please review all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?
Please refer to our size chart prior to selecting items for purchase. No exchanges are allowed.
